I am very pleased with the care I receive from each of the carers in the Liberty Care at Home team. All are very friendly and considerate. Both owners regularly participate in visits and are very approachable regarding any changes to timings or tasks. Communication is excellent, and because the company is owned and run locally on the Isle of Wight, there is no issue with reporting to a large mainland group.

Very professional - nothing was too much trouble. Maxine and Jane were always available for advice. Care staff were friendly and supportive. Liberty Care provided a full care package including cleaning, preparing meals and drinks. I always felt they had my mother's best interests at heart.

Very friendly and professional carers. They use an app to record each visit, which can be viewed by family if needed. Punctual, thorough, efficient and easy going. A really good experience where it's possible to look forward to each visit.
