Liberty Care at Home is an Isle of Wight domiciliary care provider supporting individuals in their own homes to help them maintain their independence while ensuring their safety, confidentiality, and dignity for adults aged 65+.

Our services include personal hygiene and dressing assistance, light housework duties, support for attending appointments, respite care, shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) to maintain the service users' quality of life.

Our goal is to provide reliable and compassionate care that enables our service users to remain in their homes and enjoy a greater degree of independence. We understand the importance of maintaining privacy and dignity, and we work closely with our clients to develop individualised care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences. By providing these services, we hope to make a positive difference in the lives of our service users and their families and to support them in achieving their goals and maintaining their independence in their own homes.

We understand the importance of family involvement and communication, so we strive to keep families informed and involved in their loved one's care. We offer a variety of services, including regular updates, phone calls, and home visits, so that families can stay in touch with their loved ones. Our home care services are available to service users, their families, General Practitioners (GP), and social workers/discharge planners at the hospital. We offer customised care plans to meet the specific needs of each service user and provide access to a wide range of resources and services.

  • Supporting service users to attend appointments

    We understand that attending appointments can be challenging for some individuals. Our service of supporting service users to attend appointments without stress or difficulty. We provide transportation and support during the appointment, ensuring that our service users feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
  • Respite Care

    We provide respite care services to give caregivers a break from their caregiving responsibilities. Our experienced caregivers provide temporary relief to primary caregivers, allowing them to rest and recharge. Our respite care services are flexible and can be customised to fit the unique needs of each service user.
  • Shopping

    Our shopping service is designed to help service users get the groceries and household items they need without leaving their homes. Our caregivers can assist with creating a shopping list, ordering online, and even accompanying service users to the store to provide support and assistance.

  • Reminding Service Users to Take Medication

  • ADL to Maintain Server Users' Quality of Life

    Our ADL (activities of daily living) services are designed to maintain our service users' quality of life. We assist with activities such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation. Our goal is to help our service users remain independent and active in their daily lives while also ensuring their safety and well-being.
